1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided that:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
- The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below).
Non-returnable items include: opened food containers, used cookware, clearance items, and personalized or customized products.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@luckyafeng.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return package.
4. Refund Process
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at service@luckyafeng.com if you wish to cancel.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still need help, contact us at service@luckyafeng.com.
