Most orders ship from our U.S. warehouse to provide faster delivery within the United States. Some specialty items may ship from international partners — in those cases we clearly note shipping origin on the product page.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

• U.S. standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days.
• International shipping: typically 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

To start a return, email service@luckyafeng.com with your order number and reason for return. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@luckyafeng.com and include photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Yes. Our kitchen products are tested to be food-safe (BPA-free where applicable) and manufactured to meet relevant safety standards. Product pages include material and care information for each item.
